KIDZ CLUB 6mths – 8yr olds. Members or Club patron use only. 24 hr reservation and cancellation policy. $5 casual, 14 visit’s for $50.
AQUA Low Impact. Works on Endurance and core strength. Water Based resistance workout. Great for light cardio & toning
YOGA No Impact. Works Endurance, core strength, Balance,stability, posture and muscle toning. Cater for Beg – Intermediate.
STRONG YOGA Yoga as above but with more intensity. Works endurance, core, balance and stability. Cater for Beg – Intermediate.
PILATES No Impact. Works Endurance, core and muscle toning. Use of bands & balls may be used.Cater for Beg – Intermidate.
AB BLITZ Suitable for all fitness levels. Floor based workout. Works on the endurance for the stomach and core strength.
PUMP Suitable for all fitness levels. Personal weight selected. Tones and strengthens muscles through high rep. weight workout.
THT Tummy, Hips & Thighs: Can be taken as a hi or low impact aerobic exercises cardio base class. Great to target and condition.
ZUMBA Cardio Based workout designed to burn calories through use of dance moves from around the world. Great FUN workout
BOXING Moderate intensity with use of bags, gloves, focus pads and other equipment. Great cardio. Gloves or cotton inners required.
CYCLE Interval workout based on stationary bikes for cardio, conditioning and stimulates resistance of terrain = hills to road speed.
CIRCUIT High Energy, cross training class with use of ropes, kettlebells, cage and more equipment. Toning and conditioning.
